Wuxi Sunning Smart Devices Co.,Ltd. (Agenew) was originally established in 2011 in the Huishan Economic Development Zone of Wuxi. In 2018, it was reorganized as a provider of smart terminals and software solutions. The company has a registered capital of 54.48 million CNY and has four Research and Development centers, Wuxi, Shenzhen, Ningbo, and Chengdu. It has production bases in Wuxi and Shenzhen and is recognized as a National-level Specialized and Innovative 'Little Giant' Enterprise, a High-tech Enterprise, and Jiangsu Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Enterprise. It closely collaborates with the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute(JITRI) to establish the NATIONAL INNOVATION CENTER par EXCELLENCE(NICE). Agenew is dedicated to the design and manufacture various Mobile Intelligent terminals, System on Modules, Automatic Identification and Data Capture terminals, Point of Sale terminals, and other intelligent terminals. It has consistently maintained a leading position in the high-end Internet of Things intelligent terminal solutions sector. The company continuously invests in cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and AI, constantly accumulating industry experience in logistics, intelligent retail, smart healthcare, and industrial IoT. It actively expands its overseas business and service teams, with products sold in nearly 20 countries and regions including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, making it a leading company in the niche fields of next-generation Data Capture intelligent terminals. Agenew has a revenue of 314 million CNY for 2021, 365 million CNY for 2022, and 390 million CNY for 2023, with an average annual growth rate of 12%. As of June 2024, Agenew’s revenue has been 226 million CNY , with a year-over-year increase of 33% compared to last year. Recently,
